From Negative to Positive Paradigms

No one is born with the perfect mindset or paradigm. We also all learn at different rates. Taking personal development courses, talking to professionals, and reading books that educate your mind are just a few things you can do to change your paradigm. The more we work on ourselves, the more we improve our paradigm and live our dream lives.

My Story

I was born into chaos. My father was abusive, and my mom suffered from low self-esteem. In my home, my mom tried to give me as much love and kindness as she could. My father was very different. He treated me like an object he could use and throw out.

My mom and dad divorced when I was 9 years old. Unfortunately, my paradigm was almost all negative. I saw the world as a bad place, and I never felt safe. In my world, I was constantly waiting for the worst-case scenario. For a young girl, this was stressful. My home life improved, but I still faced bullying and shame from people who didn't know better.

Believe me when I say that I understand the struggle to keep a positive paradigm. Every day, I have to wake up and check my mindset. If my mindset is off, my paradigm is too. This course is a product of what I do to change my paradigm. Sometimes, I have to take these steps again, so I can ensure I am on the right path and my paradigm is positive. Our paradigms direct us through the journey of life, so make sure you have the right paradigm.
