A Note From Dr. Tina
Hi, I’m Dr. Tina! I worked as a part-time personal development coach for 14 years before I realized I wanted to rewrite my life story. I wasn’t satisfied with my experiences; I wanted more from life. There were things I longed to do, but I felt stuck and hadn’t even attempted them. Some of my aspirations included transitioning to full-time coaching, completing an online coaching course, traveling to Europe, writing another book, and many more that I hadn't even started.
It was during a pivotal moment in my life that I decided to embark on the journey of rewriting my story. This transformative experience inspired me to establish my coaching practice, where I dedicate my time and energy to helping women do the same. Through personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and group discussions, I guide them in unearthing their unique narratives, empowering them to redefine their past experiences and reshape their futures. Together, we explore their challenges and aspirations, fostering a supportive environment where they can rediscover their strength and purpose. My goal is to equip each woman with the tools and confidence to take control of her life story, enabling her to write a narrative of empowerment and resilience.
